The Aleja Bielany Academy has kicked off!

Have you come to Poland and you are currently looking for employment? Are you familiar with basic principles of Polish language? Are you fond of working with people? Would you like to enhance your professional and language competencies? This project is for you!

We offer employment for a trial period with possibility of extension, combined with paid, intense Polish language course and trainings in the scope of work culture.

Programme goals

Ingka Centres, owner of Aleja Bielany, actively engages itself in the life of local communities, offering support to all those who found themselves in a difficult situation.

In order to realize this mission in cooperation with our tenants and NGOs we have launched a project called Aleja Bielany Academy which offers possibilities of employment and education. The project is targeted at improving the competencies necessary in order to achieve success on the Polish labour market. The Academy will operate in three shopping centres that we own (apart from Aleja Bielany also in Wola Park in Warsaw and in Port Łódź in Łódź).
